MANIFESTO

Our aim is to provide you with high quality, freshly prepared, "fast" food daily.

With an emphasis on fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, without the addition of preservatives, stabilisers, emulsifiers, chemicals or additives.

In order to bring you these exciting seasonal options, our menu has to change continuously. Check our daily specials boards for selections.

The majority of our customers take away, although we do have facilities to eat on the premises.

Our packaging is re-cycled and bio-degradable wherever possible.

We also endeavour to provide products that cater for those with specific dietary needs, including: coeliac, dairy intolerence, nut allergies etc...... If you have any specific dietry requirements, please tell us and we'll do our best to help.

Finally....given the hectic nature of contemporary working regimes, we will attempt to offer products that supply you with all or some of your 'five' a day nutritional requirements.

We support the FAIRTRADE and Organic movements and will do our best to choose suppliers who operate in an ethical manner.

Please note our kitchen is not a nut free environment.
